Dr. R. S. Tolia Govt. P. G. College Munsyari

Late Dr. R. S. Tolia Govt. P. G. College Munsyari was established by Govt. Order No. 10282/ G. S. /2001, dated 19 July, 2001 from the Governor’s Office, Dehradun. Our college is named after former Chief Secretary and the first Chief of Information Commission of Uttarakhand, Dr. R. S. Tolia who originally belonged to the Munsyari region. Our college started its humble journey from 23 August, 2001 mainly with the objective of giving the economically backward students of this hill area a golden opportunity to study from this little town on the lap of Nature. With the establishment of this college, hopes and aspirations of the people of this hill area were met.
